Returns & Refunds Policy – BLOVÉ

At the house of At BLOVÉ , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have a period of 30 days after receipt to make a return.


Return conditions

  • The article must be New, unworn, unwashed and in its original state.

  • The original labels and packaging must be intact.

  • Any item showing signs of use or deterioration will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs

  • THE Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is received.


Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@weareblove.com by specifying your order number.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

  3. Once the item has been received and checked, we will proceed to the refund or to the exchange within 7 to 10 working days.


Refunds

  • Refunds are made using the original payment method .

  • The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.


Ineligible items

  • Worn, washed or damaged items.

  • Items purchased in special offer or sale (except for proven manufacturing defects).
